Dr. Amanda C. Bateh
Dr. Amanda Bateh is a proud Florida native. Similarly to her sister, she was born and raised in Jacksonville, she attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL before attending Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where she earned her Bachelor's of Science in Vision Science followed by her Doctorate of Optometry degree in 2020. She then went on to complete a residency in ocular disease and primary care at the Orlando VAMC. Following her residency, Dr. Amanda became a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry as well as joining the board of the Northeast Florida Optometric Society.
She enjoys working with both her father and sister at Bateh Eye Care where she can continue to care for all our wonderful existing patients as well as our new patients. She also likes to lecture and teach at various conferences.
She is passionate about the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases. Her other areas of interest include geriatrics, specialty contact lenses, and dry eye treatment and management.
